Explorative and adventurous define this native Connecticut woman. From the wilds of southwest Colorado where she studied Psychology and Archeology-to jaunts around Europe visiting 11 countries in 31 days the seed was sowed for a career in travel. This infectious passion for uncovering new territories set the stage to Caroline becoming a Certified International Tour Manager. Caroline has lead many groups on adventures to Nepal, Tibet, Costa Rica, India, Peru, Iceland, Cambodia, Japan, Italy, Croatia, Cuba, Thailand and Bali.  A childhood dream of going on a NOLS expedition came true in 2008, when she trekked off to Patagonia, Chile sea-kayaking for 3 weeks to experience the solitude and distinct ecological richness of this remote region.

In the last 15 years Caroline put her focus on becoming an Integrative health & healing Practitioner.  Her practice-Beech Tree Healing is based in Portsmouth, NH where she combines several modalities that include:  Intuitive Energy Guidance, Laser Therapy, and Shamanic Reiki work. These two passions set the wheels in motion to start Insight Eco Tours. The purpose for this niche tour company is to offer adventures & retreats to support transformation, revitalization, and mindfulness to body. mind and spirit through the use of meditation, cultural exploration, energy work, and yoga.

In 2018, Caroline made a move with her partner Ian to Southern Maine, and she loves the vibe and expansiveness of this region.  Her hope is to continue to explore the undiscovered gems in the world and share them with others. Caroline loves spending time with her family & friends in the woods or on the ocean.

Nancy Doyle, RYT Qi Gong

Nancy’s teaching career began 20 years ago teaching actors to find their authentic voice. She found her new passion, yoga, 11 years ago, and like so many of us who practice, Nancy began that endless journey into the present moment. Her practice has infused her with strength and courage to live life with eyes wide open, come what may.

Nancy has been teaching yoga for 7 years in her home studio Redwing Yoga and Elephant Tree Yoga, both in Massachusetts. She has completed two 200 hour Teacher Trainings and is a member of Yoga Alliance. Everyday she is thankful for the wonderful teachers who feed her body and soul.

Nancy's teaching is grounded in a warm Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on breath and alignment, as a way to untangle the knots and habits of daily living, so each day may be lived with an open heart. This challenging practice offers an opportunity to drop into the present moment and align with your true nature.

In 2014 Nancy became a certified meditation teacher in the Shyam Dyan tradition of Oneness meditation. With attention to breath or Mantra, we can find a way to step away from the rat race of our thoughts, and step into a space of stillness.

She lives on a lake in Hamilton, Massachusetts. She loves her family, dogs, and friends and is a small time chicken farmer. She can talk forever about yoga or chickens. Feel free to sample a class at www.redwingyoga.com
