Each day offers 2 yoga practices.
Morning practice is a warm vinyasa flow, focusing on breath and alignment. This practice awakens the body, developing strength and balance in body & mind-leaving us open to heal, revitalize and enlighten. Practice is accessible to all levels of experience.
Our afternoon-evening practices are of a more restorative nature, offering longer holds and deep opening. These practices can unlock deep rooted and dormant emotions. This is a terrific practice to unload the baggage of the past. Evening practice will often end with a meditation.
On any free afternoon you are invited to sign up with Nancy for a private Alignment hour. This is an opportunity for you to learn the ins and outs of your body opening up the energetic pathways,

do is settle. Settling means coming into a space to meditate and allowing yourself to be completely as you are. All you need is you. You simply begin. You start where you are and as you discover, meditation
is about letting the world in and awakening to your life.
Each day there will be meditations and instruction offered. Some will be a seated practice, some will be silent walking meditations, some will be guided meditations. Private consultations and guidance will also be available.
