On each adventure retreat with Insight Eco Tours, whether in the Sacred Valley of Peru or the cloud forest of Costa Rica or the verdant hills of the Azores, our yoga connects us to our breath and body and the land on which we stand. Our yoga practice on retreat is a way to step back from our thinking mind and everyday life.
Nancy believes that Asana practice is a powerful way to see our mind more clearly and open our hearts more deeply. Baring witness to our strengths and weaknesses, WITHOUT JUDGEMENT helps us better understand who we are and how we interact with the world around us.
Each day offers 2 yoga practices.

away from the chatter that often crowds the mind. When you sit down to meditate the first thing you
do is settle. Settling means coming into a space to meditate and allowing yourself to be completely as you are. All you need is you. You simply begin. You start where you are and as you discover, meditation
is about letting the world in and awakening to your life.
Each day there will be meditations and instruction offered. Some will be a seated practice, some will be silent walking meditations, some will be guided meditations. Private consultations and guidance will also be available.
Please come and experience the stillness and sacred within you.
"When your attention moves in the NOW, there is an alertness. It is as if you are

Such clarity, such simplicity. No room for problem-making.
Just this moment as it is."
